Bahrain Air, the Kingdom’s second national carrier, has signed an agreement with Bahrain Financing Company (BFC) to allow customers to pay for their flights at any of BFC’s 25 branches across Bahrain.
When booking through the Call Center, customers can choose to pay cash and then visit any BFC outlet within 24 hours, presenting their reference number and last name, to complete the transaction and pick up their tickets.
James WILLIAMSON, Head of Group Marketing at Bahrain Financing Company, said: “Being the Kingdom’s oldest and the most trusted money transfer company, we are constantly looking to provide enhanced facilities and diversified services for our customers. We are confident that the mutually beneficial agreement with Bahrain’s leading airline, Bahrain Air, will give an added benefit to our customers, who will now be able to make payments for their travel booking through any of our 25 strategically located branches across the Kingdom.”
Abdulla ALHAMER, Manager Business Development at Bahrain Air, said: “Our key objective with this affiliation is to provide greater and easier access to more customers, some who like to pay cash rather than online using credit cards. This deal with BFC expands our payment channels and ensures Bahrain Air is even more accessible to our customers in Bahrain.”
BFC and Bahrain Air are also exploring more opportunities that will provide additional value added services to customers in the future. |
