Elaf Al Rayan Makkah will be opened in August 2005 as the seventh hotel managed by Elaf in Makkah. Moutaz F. Kayal has also announced other major developments, including the opening of three other hotels in Makkah, Medina and Jeddah adding another 1000 rooms to its portfolio and the Red Sea Complex, the region’s most luxurious shopping destination that will include a four star hotel, an all suite hotel.
