The 3rd Kazakhstan International Tourism Exhibition, Astana Leisure, will be held in Astana from 28th – 30th September.
Major Kazakhstani and international tourism companies will take part and the organizers are expecting more than 7,000 visitors from all the regions of Kazakhstan, Central Asia, Russia and the other CIS and non-CIS countries.
The exhibition is being organized by the British company ITE Group Plc. Iteca in co-operation with the Ministry for Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Portfolio of travel fairs of ITE Group Plc. includes MITT (Moscow), UITT (Kiev), Holiday World (Prague), AITF (Baku), KITF (Almaty), Astana Leisure (Astana), BITF (Bishkek), XITT (China), Leisure Uzbekistan (Tashkent).
Kazakhstan’s participation in the “Silk Road” transcontinental tourism route carried out under the aegis of WTO in co-operation with UNESCO opens great opportunities for the development of outbound and inbound tourism in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Up to now 1000 tourism agencies are operating in Kazakhstan, having international partners in over 80 countries. Today Kazakhstan has air communication with all countries of the World..
Since 1993 Kazakhstan has been full member of WTO. The governments of foreign states consider Kazakhstan a promising partner with a great potential for tourism, and the number of international agreements on co-operation in the sphere of tourism is increasing year by year. |
